Skilfully handled discussion. Most of what that guy said went right over my head: some of it was interesting, but the interaction between James and him was entertainment enough

I was able to keep up with the physics.

Once he got into super-rational (or ontologically-driven) beings deriving from a non-rational, un-created universe then he started going off the rails.

Then I was completely lost the plot when he tried to argue the Talmud as a return to the oral tradition of the Torah. Has he compared the size of the Torah to the Talmud?

I never found myself back to his thread of thought because it splintered so badly thereafter.
