A 60yr old friend (male of course) has an enlarged prostate and been wearing a very uncomfortable and temperamental catheter for 13 months. He has to have an op which keeps being cancelled. He's since found out that the average waiting time is at least 18 months.They prefer people, who own their own home, to give up and pay to have the operation at around £12k. What a farce and a disgrace!
